A Strategy Session is for direction: where you stand and which path fits. An Application Review is for a finished application: I read every form and document before we meet, then we go through it live for two hours and a written summary follows.
Most problems sit between documents: a date that disagrees with another form, or evidence that does not prove what the form claims. They are hard to see from inside your own file, and for most errors IRCC does not have to point them out before refusing.
Yes. You stay the author and the applicant. I show you what to fix and how; you make the changes and submit.
$1,000 + HST ($1,140) for two hours. In the session, I show you every issue and how to fix it. Afterwards, you get a written summary within three business days and the recording for 60 days.
Before the session, so I can read everything first. Instructions arrive by email after you book.
No. I do not prepare, edit or submit documents, and I never access your IRCC account. That keeps you the author of your own application.
I tell you plainly, explain what it means, and say whether your file needs more than a review.
The service ends with the session. If you need more, you can book a Q&A Session.
Yes, with 24 hours' notice. With less notice the fee is not refunded.
Yes, with your consent in the agreement. You will have access to the recording for 60 days.
No one can. A review lowers the chance of an avoidable error. The decision is IRCC's.
