A second read before you submit.
You prepared your own application. I read all of it against what IRCC asks for, then show you what to fix and how. Many people get it right on their own. This is for when something still does not sit right.
I am Mi Li (Bella), RCIC-IRB, Licence R1040943.

Reality
If This Sounds Familiar
You've triple-checked the forms.
You've compared your dates against your passport stamps twice.
And there's still that one thing: a letter you're not sure is strong enough, a gap you're not sure how to explain, an answer three different Reddit threads gave three different ways.
That uncertainty is normal. Almost everyone who prepares their own application carries a version of it.
It's also fixable, not with more forum threads, but with a licensed set of eyes reading your actual file.
WHICH ONE
Sometimes it isn't the whole file.
It's one part of it.
Most people who prepare their own application are reasonably confident about most of it. The forms are filled in. The dates check out.
What keeps them up is one specific thing, and more often than not, it is the work experience.

How it works

Choose a time and pay
Payment confirms the booking.

Send your finished package.
Instructions arrive by email after you book, and I read everything before we meet.

We meet on Google Meet.
We go through what I found and every question you bring. Then you make the changes and submit.
What I check
Most problems I find are one of two kinds: forms that disagree with each other, or evidence that does not prove what the form claims. Both are hard to see from inside your own file.
-
Express Entry: I check your work history against the NOC duties, your reference letters and proof of funds, and whether your dates match across every form.
-
Spousal Sponsorship: I check whether your evidence shows what it needs to, whether both partners' forms tell one story, and your signatures and translations.
-
NSNP: I check your stream fit, employer documents and experience evidence, and what IRCC will check again at the federal stage.
What you receive
-
In the session: every issue I find, where it is, and how to fix it, plus answers to your questions.
-
A written summary within three business days, listing each issue and its fix. One item might read: "IMM 5669, question 8: the end date of your second job is two months later than on your reference letter. Confirm which date is correct and make both documents agree."
-
Access to the recording of the 2-hr session for 60 days.
What it is, and what it is not
-
A consultation, not representation. I am not on your file, and I do not contact IRCC for you.
-
Your account stays yours. I never access your IRCC account.
-
You stay the author. I do not prepare, edit or submit documents.
-
One session. The service ends with the session. If questions come up afterwards, you are welcome to book another.
Common questions
Ready means every form is completed and every document gathered. If it is still in progress, book once it is complete.
Yes, for employment documents: that is the Employment Documents Review. Otherwise the review covers the whole package.
I tell you plainly, explain what it means, and say whether the file needs more than a review.
It is normal to have a few. Most are answered by the written summary and the recording, so those are the best place to start.
I don’t answer questions about your file by email, and there is a good reason for that. Sound advice on your application needs your full file in front of me and a clear record of what was asked and answered, and email gives neither. So follow-up happens in a booked session, and you choose the one that fits:
-
Q&A Session, 30 minutes, $150 + HST. For a short list of specific questions once you have worked through the summary.
-
Second Application Review, 2 hours, $1,000 + HST. For when you have reworked the package substantially and would like it checked again before you submit.
One exception, gladly: if a line in the written summary itself is unclear, email me and I will clarify what I meant.
-
I am licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (Licence R1040943), and its Code of Professional Conduct binds me to keep your file confidential. Your documents are kept secure, shared with no one, and kept no longer than my record-keeping obligations require.
Yes, with 24 hours' notice. With less notice, the fee is not refunded.
Yes, with your consent. You will have access to the recording for 60 days.
No one can. A review lowers the chance of an avoidable error. The decision is IRCC's.
ABOUT
One consultant. Your whole file.

I'm Bella Li, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and the founder of Langille Immigration. I keep this practice deliberately small: one person, a short client list, because the way I work doesn't scale. I read every page of every file myself, and when you have a question, the person answering it is the person who read your documents.
I built this practice around a simple belief: the people filling out these forms aren't case numbers. Each file is someone's marriage, someone's career, someone's next ten years. That's worth reading closely.

AFTER YOUR REVIEW
Here's what you walk away with.
Gaps Caught Early
Every gap and contradiction surfaced before it can trigger a refusal, not after you've already submitted.
Your Story, Read Right
Your genuine relationship, or your years of work history, reading to an officer exactly the way it should. Including whether the NOC you chose is the one your documents actually support.
Risks Surfaced in Time
Red flags and misrepresentation risks flagged while there's still time to fix them.
Peace of Mind to Submit
The confidence to hit submit and finally sleep, instead of lying awake replaying what you might have missed.
SERVICES
When You'd Rather Hand It Over
Some files deserve a full-time advocate: complex histories, prior refusals, employer-driven programs, or simply a full plate. I take a small number of full-representation files each year. Every engagement starts with a paid Strategy Session and my honest read on whether your case is ready to run.
